Where did it all begin?

Geometry began a very long time ago.  The first to really discover geometry was a man named Euclid.  He was so important that they named a specific type of geometry Euclidean Geometry.  Check out more about Euclid and his attributions to the math world on these sites :

Midpoint Review

For a quick review and some practice problems of what we did in class I want you to follow the instructions below:

1) Go to http://www.math-play.com/Geometry-Math-Games.html
2) Click on Geometry
3) Scroll down and find the Geometry tab again
4) Choose Midpoints
5) Work the review on paper. I want to see the problem, answer, and any work involved for full credit.

Parents

Parents,

I am sure your child has already informed you but we have been working on a class project throughout the semester.  I do not wish to give any more details so your curiosity will drive you to come to the presentation.  It will be Monday March 15th at 3:30 right after school.  I would love for you to come and see what the students have been working so hard on. I promise you will not be disappointed!

Reminder!!

Hello students! This is just a friendly reminder that your binders are due Friday at the beginning of class. I expect the papers to all be in order according to the handout I gave in class. If you have any problems or are missing something you need to contact me before Wednesday.
